General information on data processing:
- AIPR UG exclusively provides the domain “product-reviews.ai” and enables other legally independent companies within the AIPR network to offer their products and services on subpages in a legally independent manner. However, it is not responsible for the content and scope of these services on the respective subpages or subdomains, but rather the legally independent companies specified there.
- We only process the personal data of our users insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of our users’ personal data only takes place regularly with the user’s consent. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.
- Purpose of processing and legal basis:
When you visit our website, we automatically collect various information in the respective server log files. This includes, for example, the type and version number of your web browser, the operating system you are using, information about the internet provider you are using, your IP address, the date and time of access and other similar information. This information is generated by the system when you use the Internet and is therefore technically essential to ensure the smooth, trouble-free and secure operation of a website. The log files contain IP addresses or other data that enable a user to be identified. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. After 7 days, these server logs, which are kept strictly separate from the rest of the data, are permanently deleted.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and thus outweighs the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject; therefore, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
At the same time, the data obtained in this way is used, among other things, for statistical evaluations with regard to the optimisation and security of our website. Here too, our company has a legitimate interest and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest. Consequently, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for this processing.
Possibility of objection:
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no option to object.
- Cookies
In order to continuously improve the offer for our users and to address customers based on their interests, tracking technologies from third-party providers and ourselves may be used, which utilise cookies. Cookies are usually small text files that a web server transfers to your device when you access a website. Other technical processes that behave like cookies are also equivalent to cookies; all of the following explanations therefore also apply to these technologies, regardless of the specific name.
“Session cookies” are not permanently stored on the device you use to visit our website and disappear when you close your browser. These cookies may contain information about the browser you are using, the screen resolution, the operating system you are using and other personalised information. These cookies can therefore also be used to make it easier for you to navigate our website and/or to ensure the correct display on the respective website.
Information on the respective device and remain available even after the browser is closed. Each of these cookies is provided with a corresponding “expiry” / validity date, on which this cookie is then automatically deleted. The purpose of using these cookies is, among other things, to compile anonymous statistics on the use of our website. The statistics can be used, among other things, to identify where we need to optimise our web pages to make them easier for you to use. Both types of cookie are anonymous.
No individual profile is created about your usage behaviour. Of course, you can also use our website without cookies by disabling them in your browser. Please refer to the respective help pages for the individual browsers (see below) to find out how to deactivate cookies. Please note that deactivating cookies may result in display and navigation problems.
Important for you: The data we collect in the cookies will not be passed on to third parties or linked to your personal data without your consent. It is also not possible or intended for third-party providers to identify you personally using the data collected in the cookies. - Tracking technologies
- 5.1 General:
AIPR UG itself only uses the so-called “DoubleClick Floodlight cookie” to measure the success of its online advertising campaigns. AIPR UG does not use any other tracking technologies. Whether and to what extent the legally independent companies within the AIPR network that offer their services on the subpages and/or subdomains use tracking technologies is beyond our knowledge and our area of responsibility. We have no influence on this and must therefore refer you to the corresponding legally independent companies and their published data protection notices of the respective legally independent companies. The legal basis for the processing of users’ personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. - 5.2 DoubleClick floodlight cookie from Google
DoubleClick is a service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). DoubleClick uses cookies (so-called “floodlights”) to present you with better and more relevant adverts. The cookies are often used to display adverts that are relevant to you, to improve campaign performance reports or to prevent you from seeing the same advert more than once. DoubleClick assigns a pseudonymous identification number (ID) to your browser for this purpose. This cookie ID is used by DoubleClick, for example, to record which adverts are to be shown in which browser. If an advert is to be placed in a browser, DoubleClick can then use the browser’s cookie ID to check which DoubleClick adverts have already appeared in this particular browser. This prevents DoubleClick from displaying adverts that the user has already seen. DoubleClick can also use cookie IDs to record conversions that are related to the ad requests. This is the case, for example, if you see a DoubleClick advert from AIPR and later visit our website with the same browser and perform actions there.
DoubleClick Floodlight cookies do not contain any personal data. The information generated by the cookies is transmitted by Google to a server in the USA for analysis and stored there. Google will only transfer the data to third parties on the basis of legal regulations. If you have a Google account, the information linked to the DoubleClick cookie can be added to your Google account with your authorisation.
You can find more information about the DoubleClick Floodlight cookie here: https://support.google.com/ds/answer/2839090?hl=de
By using our websites, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google and the manner of data processing described above as well as the stated purpose. Of course, you can prevent the collection and processing of the data collected about you by Google at any time with effect for the future by objecting to the use of the so-called DoubleClick DART cookies. DoubleClick has summarised how you can object to this on the following pages:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads or https://www.google.com/ads/preferences
Alternatively, you can also visit the following website and set all objections for other tracking technologies centrally there: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement
Please note that you must carry out this procedure individually for each browser used and must always repeat it if you have actively deleted your cookies. - 5.3 Google Analytics:
If you have given your consent, Google Analytics version 360 is used on this website – a fee-based web analytics service provided by Google LLC, based in California, USA (“Google US”). The competent and therefore responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google Ireland”). An order processing contract (“AVV”) has been concluded with Google Ireland, in which Google Ireland acts as a contractor.
For more information on the terms of use of Google Analytics 360, which is the paid version of the “free” web analytics service from Google Analytics, and on data protection at Google Ireland and Google US, please visit https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/ and https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.
Scope of the processing:
Google Analytics 360 uses cookies that enable us to analyse your use of our website. The information collected by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google Ireland server, but also to the USA, where it is stored.
We use the ‘anonymiseIP’ function (so-called IP masking). Due to the activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google Ireland within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted by Google Ireland to a server in the USA and only shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics 360 will not be merged with other data from Google Ireland or Google US.
Purposes of the processing:
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google Ireland will use this information to analyse your (pseudonymous) use of the website and to compile reports on website activity. The reports provided by Google Analytics 360 are used to analyse the performance of our website and the success of our marketing campaigns.
Recipient:
The recipient of the data is Google Ireland as a contractor under a concluded order processing agreement. In this context, Google US acts exclusively as a “sub-processor” for Google Ireland. Consequently, due to the current legal situation in the USA, it cannot be ruled out that the data stored by Google US may be accessed by the relevant US authorities. Furthermore, unfortunately, due to the current legal situation in the USA, it cannot even be ruled out that the corresponding US authorities may even access the data stored by Google Ireland exclusively in Europe.
Transfer to third countries: A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out.
Prevention of data storage:
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the associated processing of this data by Google Ireland by
a. Not giving your consent to the setting of the cookie and/or
b. downloading and installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.
You can also prevent the storage of cookies by configuring your browser software accordingly. However, if you configure your browser to reject all cookies, this may restrict the functionality of this and other websites.
Legal basis and cancellation option: The legal basis for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by accessing our cookie policy and changing your selection there. - 5.4 Google Adwords conversion tracking
This website uses Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service operated by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”). If you reach our website via a Google advert, a so-called “conversion cookie” is automatically set by Google Adwords, not by us. This cookie automatically loses its validity after 30 days and is not used to identify you personally. Each Adwords customer, and therefore we too, receive a different cookie from Google. This means that the cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of different Adwords customers.
By setting this “conversion cookie”, both Google and the respective Adwords customer, and therefore also we, can recognise firstly that someone has clicked on the respective ad and has therefore been redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag and secondly how often they have clicked on the respective ad again within 30 days. The information collected with the help of the “conversion cookie” is used to create conversion statistics by Google.
Important for you: we only learn the total number and frequency of users who clicked on the respective advert and were redirected to a website with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which we could personally identify you as a user.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this – for example, by changing your browser settings to generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies. Please bear in mind that completely deactivating the setting of cookies may result in the website no longer being displayed correctly. You can also deactivate the setting of cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”. Alternatively, you can disable or prevent the use of this technology offered by Google by visiting the following page and reading how this is possible:
https://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/
As part of its voluntary commitment and its data protection policy, Google has declared that it will comply with the procedure described there. Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies set in this way as long as you do not wish any measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again via the above-mentioned link.
Further information on the usage and data protection guidelines for this product can be found here: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/ and http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ - 5.5 Bing Ads – Universal Event Tracking
This website uses Bing Ads Universal Event Tracking, a conversion tracking service provided by Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). This service enables us to track activities on our website if you reach our website via a Bing advert. This is done by setting a cookie (small text file) on your device when you click on a Microsoft Bing Ads advert. In particular, Microsoft and we learn the total number of users who have clicked on an advert and reached a previously defined target page. This data is stored by Microsoft for 180 days. No personal information about the identity of the user is disclosed. If you do not wish to participate in the Universal Event Tracking process, you can prevent the collection and processing of the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website, for example by rejecting the setting of cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of receiving interest-based advertising from Microsoft by clicking on the following link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=286759
Alternatively, you can opt out of receiving interest-based advertising from Microsoft and other participating companies on the following page: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/
